BEFO is a PC optimizer for Windows 10 and 11, made by Fortex and Belmin. By installing it or signing in you accept these terms.

BEFO is provided as it is

BEFO is developed all the time. It can have bugs, and features can change, including what is free and what is part of Premium. We do not promise a certain number of FPS or any other result: it depends on your PC.

What BEFO changes on your PC

BEFO changes Windows settings and needs administrator rights for that. Before a change it saves the old value and, unless you switched that off, makes a restore point before the first one. "Undo all" puts everything back. Tools that touch hardware limits stay inside what the driver allows. You decide which changes to apply, and you use BEFO at your own risk as far as the law allows.

Download BEFO only from befo.cc. Do not share a changed installer and do not try to get around Premium.

Your account

You sign in with your own Discord account. One account is for one person. We can close an account that is used to cheat, to harm others or to break these terms.

Premium

Until Premium is on sale, it is given through codes. One code works for one account and codes are not for resale.

Premium is a monthly subscription sold by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), who is the seller and handles payments, taxes and receipts. You manage or cancel it from your account page. You can cancel any time and Premium stays on until the end of the paid month. The price is the one shown at checkout. Payments are not refunded, including for a month you did not use in full, except where the law or Polar's own rules require it. Premium starts right after you pay; by buying it you ask for that and agree that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that the EU gives for online purchases. If you cancel, you are not charged again and Premium stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Try the free version first so you know what you get.

Lifetime is Premium bought with a single payment. It never needs renewing and has no subscription to cancel. "Lifetime" means for as long as BEFO is offered, on the account that bought it; it is not transferable. It includes the Premium features that exist now and the ones added later, plus extras for Lifetime buyers (such as early access to new versions and a Discord role), which may change. If you have a monthly subscription when you buy Lifetime, we stop that subscription at the end of the month you already paid for. The same refund rule applies: Lifetime starts right after you pay, so the payment is not refunded except where the law or Polar's own rules require it. A payment that is refunded or charged back ends Lifetime.

Your own code and what it earns

Every account can choose one code. You earn a share of each Premium payment made by other people who use it. The share depends on your level, as shown in your panel at the moment of the payment.
You cannot use your own code. Extra accounts, fake purchases, spam, misleading promises and codes that insult or pretend to be somebody else are not allowed.
We can switch off a code and cancel what it earned by cheating. A refunded payment lowers what it earned.
We pay out by hand, when you ask, once your balance reaches the minimum shown in the panel. You look after your own taxes.
We can change or end the program for future payments and will say so here and on Discord. What you earned fairly before that still counts.

AMD component (AI Overclock on AMD Radeon)

For AI Overclock on AMD Radeon cards, BEFO includes a small helper (befo-amdtune.exe) that contains code licensed to us by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. ("AMD"). For that component: you may use it only together with BEFO on systems with AMD products, and only to read and change your graphics card's power limit through BEFO; you may not copy it (except for a reasonable backup), transfer, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it; it is provided "as is", without any warranty, and neither AMD nor we are liable for any damages arising from its use, to the extent the law allows; you must comply with all applicable export and import laws, including those of the United States; AMD is a third-party beneficiary of these terms; and these terms apply to the component as first installed and to all of its later updates.

Our responsibility

We make BEFO carefully, but it is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data, lost time or other indirect damage from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

BEFO je optimizator računala za Windows 10 i 11, koji rade Fortex i Belmin. Instalacijom ili prijavom prihvaćaš ove uvjete.

BEFO se daje takav kakav jest

BEFO se stalno razvija. Može imati greške, a opcije se mogu mijenjati, pa i to što je besplatno, a što dio Premiuma. Ne obećavamo određeni broj FPS-a ni drugi rezultat: ovisi o tvom računalu.

Što BEFO mijenja na računalu

BEFO mijenja postavke Windowsa i za to treba administratorska prava. Prije promjene spremi staru vrijednost i, ako to nisi isključio, prije prve napravi točku vraćanja. "Vrati sve" vraća sve kako je bilo. Alati koji diraju granice hardvera ostaju unutar onoga što driver dopušta. Ti odlučuješ koje promjene primijeniti i BEFO koristiš na vlastitu odgovornost, koliko zakon dopušta.

BEFO preuzimaj samo s befo.cc. Ne dijeli izmijenjeni instaler i ne pokušavaj zaobići Premium.

Tvoj račun

Prijavljuješ se vlastitim Discord računom. Jedan račun je za jednu osobu. Možemo zatvoriti račun koji se koristi za varanje, na štetu drugih ili protivno ovim uvjetima.

Premium

Dok se Premium ne prodaje, dijeli se kodovima. Jedan kod vrijedi za jedan račun i kodovi nisu za preprodaju.

Premium je mjesečna pretplata koju prodaje Polar (Polar Software Inc.), koji je prodavatelj i brine o plaćanju, porezima i računima. Upravljaš njome ili je otkazuješ na stranici svog računa. Otkazati možeš kad želiš, a Premium ostaje do kraja plaćenog mjeseca. Cijena je ona na blagajni. Uplate se ne vraćaju, ni za mjesec koji nisi iskoristio do kraja, osim kad to traži zakon ili Polarova pravila. Premium počinje odmah nakon plaćanja; kupnjom to tražiš i prihvaćaš da gubiš pravo na odustanak od 14 dana koje EU daje za kupnju preko interneta. Ako otkažeš, više se ne naplaćuje, a Premium ostaje do kraja plaćenog mjeseca. Prvo isprobaj besplatnu verziju da znaš što dobivaš.

Lifetime je Premium kupljen jednom uplatom. Ne obnavlja se i nema pretplate koju treba otkazati. „Lifetime“ znači dok god se BEFO nudi, na računu koji ga je kupio; ne može se prenijeti na drugoga. Uključuje Premium mogućnosti koje postoje sada i one koje dođu kasnije, uz dodatke za Lifetime kupce (npr. rani pristup novim verzijama i ulogu na Discordu), koji se mogu mijenjati. Ako u trenutku kupnje imaš mjesečnu pretplatu, gasimo je na kraju mjeseca koji si već platio. Vrijedi isto pravilo o povratu: Lifetime počinje odmah nakon plaćanja, pa se uplata ne vraća, osim kad to traži zakon ili Polarova pravila. Uplata koja se vrati ili ospori ukida Lifetime.

Tvoj kod i što zarađuje

Svaki račun može odabrati jedan kod. Dobivaš dio svake uplate za Premium drugih ljudi koji ga koriste. Dio ovisi o tvom levelu, kako piše u tvom panelu u trenutku uplate.
Vlastiti kod ne možeš koristiti. Dodatni računi, lažne kupnje, spam, obećanja koja zavaravaju i kodovi koji vrijeđaju ili se predstavljaju kao netko drugi nisu dopušteni.
Možemo isključiti kod i poništiti ono što je zaradio varanjem. Povrat novca smanjuje zaradu.
Isplaćujemo ručno, kad zatražiš, kad stanje dosegne minimum iz panela. Za svoje poreze brineš sam.
Program možemo promijeniti ili ukinuti za buduće uplate i to ćemo javiti ovdje i na Discordu. Ono što si prije toga pošteno zaradio i dalje vrijedi.

AMD komponenta (AI Overclock na AMD Radeonu)

Za AI Overclock na AMD Radeon karticama BEFO sadrži mali pomoćni program (befo-amdtune.exe) s kodom koji nam je licencirao Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. („AMD”). Za tu komponentu vrijedi: smiješ je koristiti samo zajedno s BEFO-m na sustavima s AMD proizvodima i samo za čitanje i promjenu limita snage grafičke kroz BEFO; ne smiješ je kopirati (osim razumne sigurnosne kopije), prenositi, dijeliti, mijenjati, rastavljati, dekompilirati ni obrnuto inženjerirati; daje se „takva kakva jest”, bez ikakvog jamstva, i ni AMD ni mi ne odgovaramo za štetu nastalu njenim korištenjem, u mjeri u kojoj to zakon dopušta; moraš poštovati sve primjenjive izvozne i uvozne propise, uključujući one Sjedinjenih Američkih Država; AMD je treća strana u čiju korist vrijede ovi uvjeti; i ovi uvjeti vrijede za komponentu kakva je prvi put instalirana i za sva njena kasnija ažuriranja.

Naša odgovornost

BEFO radimo pažljivo, ali nudi se takav kakav je. Koliko zakon dopušta, ne odgovaramo za izgubljene podatke, izgubljeno vrijeme ni drugu posrednu štetu od korištenja. Ništa ovdje ne oduzima prava koja imaš po zakonu države u kojoj živiš.
